Pasta with shrimp and zucchini

INGREDIENTS

Pasta like butterflies
onion
Oil EVO (extra virgin)
Zucchini (preferably small and tasty)
Shrimp, even frozen
  Mint




PROCEDURE

Boil water and cook the pasta.
In a pan fry the onion with oil.
Cook the zucchini cut into thin rounds earlier. Season with a little salt.Meanwhile, dip the shrimp thawed in a pan with boiling water, wait a minute and drain.
Drain the pasta, make her jump with courgettes (zucchini takes about 20 minutes), add the shrimp, a little olive oil and mint.
