Roll with jam or Nutella

This sweet and 'ideal for breakfast and snacks




Ingredients
5 egg yolks
4 egg whites
90 grams of sugar,
100 grams of flour,
a packet of vanillin,
jam or Nutella

Directions

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
Fit the egg whites and add to mixture stirring from the bottom up.
Sift flour and vanilla and add to the mixture
Pour the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper large enough wet and squeezed.
Bake 5 minutes at 230 degrees.
Remove from oven, let cool a little 'and spread the jam being careful not to get too close to the edges.
Wrap the cake with the help of the greaseproof paper.
Close the roll and let it cool down.
Open, cut into slices and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
