Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

This is my recipe to prepare spaghetti carbonara.  I don’t like pecorino so I prepare it only with parmesan cheese but the original italian recipe is with pecorino J





Ingredients
Spaghetti or fettuccine (about 80 grams per person)
A two cm thick slice of bacon (or bacon already 'in the refrigerated diced)
2 eggs
50 gr grated parmesan cheese
pepper
3 spoon of extra virgin olive oil

DirectionsCook the spaghetti as directed on package.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and heat it in a pan without any seasoning, until it is golden.
Beat two eggs in a bowl, combine the grated cheese and mix well.
Drain the spaghetti, add to the bacon in the pan and turn over the egg mixture over pasta and cheese.
Turn off the pan, mix the ingredients and sprinkle with pepper.
Serve hot.
